Refund Policy

Try before you pay

Every edition can be tried free for 14 days without a card, so you can connect your own channels and judge Vasukart on your own orders before paying anything.

Monthly editions

Monthly fees are not refunded for a month that has started. When you cancel, your edition stays active until the end of the month already paid and is not renewed.

Yearly editions

If you cancel a yearly edition within 30 days of payment, we refund the full amount. After 30 days, the edition stays active until the end of the paid year and is not renewed.

Changing editions

• Moving up: the new edition starts straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period.
• Moving down: the change takes effect from the next billing date.

Service problems

If Vasukart itself is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row, contact us and we will credit the affected days to your account. Outages of third-party marketplaces, couriers or ad platforms are outside our control and are not credited.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days. Bank processing times may add a few days.
