Terms of Service

The service

Vasukart is a web application that brings orders from your connected sales channels into one list, keeps a shared stock count, helps with shipping, scores cash-on-delivery return risk, builds ad audiences and reports profit. These terms apply when you sign up for a trial or a paid edition.

Your account

• You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login credentials private.
• You are responsible for what people you invite to your account do in it.
• You must have the right to connect each channel, courier and ad account you add, and to process the customer data they contain.

Free trial

Each new account can try one edition free for 14 days. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid edition; if you do not, the account is paused and your data is kept for 30 days in case you return.

Editions, limits and billing

Editions are priced by monthly order volume as shown on the pricing page. Fees are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and are exclusive of taxes. If you exceed your edition's order limit in two consecutive months, we will ask you to move to the edition that fits; service is not cut off for going over.

Channel connections

Marketplaces, stores, couriers and ad platforms are run by third parties under their own terms. Vasukart uses their official tools to read and update data, but cannot control their availability, speed or rule changes. You remain responsible for following each channel's seller policies.

Stock, forecasts and suggestions

Vasukart sends stock updates to your channels as soon as orders arrive, and each channel then applies them on its side. Channel buffers reduce the risk of overselling during that time. Restock forecasts, AI product listings and return-risk scores are suggestions; decisions to reorder, publish, ship or cancel remain yours.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Vasukart to sell goods that are illegal or banned by your channels.
• Do not use customer data for purposes your buyers have not agreed to or that the channel does not permit.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

Your data

You own your business and customer data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time while your account is active.

Availability and support

We work to keep Vasukart available at all times and announce planned maintenance in advance. Support is provided by email on all editions, with chat on Weekend Edition and a named manager on Collector's Edition.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales caused by third-party channel outages.

Ending the service

You can cancel from settings at any time; the edition runs to the end of the period already paid. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms after giving notice, unless immediate action is needed to protect other users or the service.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we will email account owners before it takes effect.
